• C.9.2.4.1 – Absence of “Skip to content” link to avoid repetitive navigation.
• C.9.2.4.2 – Generic or missing <title> tags on several pages.
• C.9.2.4.4 – Links with generic anchors (“click here”) that are not descriptive.
• C.9.2.4.7 – No visible focus on active elements (buttons, inputs).
• C.9.3.3.2 – Forms without clear labels or user instructions.
• C.9.4.1.2 – Dynamic states (e.g., “added to cart”) not announced to screen readers.
• C.9.4.1.3 – Form errors not automatically communicated to assisted users.
